Finally family

It was only a formality, but about 10 a.m. this morning at the Roane County Courthouse in Kingston, Tenn., Timothy Sebaduka, Timothy Waiswa and John Mutabazi officially became Timothy, Levi and John Brass.

Timothy was the only one who went to the courthouse with us, because he is 16 and had to sign his consent. The courtroom was packed and would have been challenging with the babies. When we got home we took everybody out for Brick Oven pizza and now it's time for naps. After lots of nail-biting through the process in Uganda, it was all very wonderfully anti-climactic. And it is good to know that we head to the hospital tomorrow not just as Levi's legal guardians but as his mom and dad.

We are tremendously blessed.
