It's been a good day. Levi's platelets have doubled from 22 to 57. They have started to pull back his oxygen, and as of this post he was at 75 percent (down from 100) with no drop in saturation. His blood gas levels are really good and even improved after they dropped his oxygen. All the fluid has come off his lungs, and his swelling has almost disappeared (he looks like Bee-Bi again!) And—the crowning achievement—he pooped for the first time.

We know there are going to be lots of ups and downs from here, but we needed a day like this. Thanks to all for your messages and prayers.

That is good news.
We are continuing to ask for a miracle. Have been praying for you as well. I know it gets exhausting. My Mum had one of the first triple bypasses (12 hours surgery back then) in Australia and my brother had a heart transplant 16 years ago.
It is wonderful that all the excess fluid is going so you can see Bee-bi again. I agree poop is sometimes wonderfully encouraging.
Blessings

What Levi doesn't even know is that he is bringing so many to their knees in special communion with God, reminding us that miracles still do happen and He cares even about the little details in our lives...what an encouraging little disciple. Thank you Levi!

"kah-kah"...yeah Bee-Bi!
It is good news. This boy is a fighter! Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strenthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. Ps.27:17

I love you all.
